Shipping & Payment

Payment

You can pay in the following ways:

• make a money-transfer to our bank-account. On receipt of your payment the order will be shipped. If we don't receive anything after 10 days we have to cancel the order unfortunately.
• cash on delivery (only for the Netherlands). The costs will be calculated according to the rates of TNT Post.
• pay with iDEAL (only for the Netherlands).
• pay with creditcard (or debit-) via Paypal. In the check-out you'll be led to Paypal's safe server where your data will be processed. This way only Paypal, the market-leader in online payments, will see your creditcard data.
  If you want the order to be shipped elsewhere and only want to pay with creditcard please contact us.
• pay in our shop "Webers Holland" in Amsterdam (cash, with Maestro/PIN or creditcard). We're open 7 days a week from 1 till 7pm (saturday from 11am till 7pm). You have 1 week to pick up your order.

Shipping

Shipping depends on your country of origin:

• If you live in the Netherlands your order will be shipped by TNT Post, either cash on delivery or as a package for which you have to sign. If you're not at home you can pick up your order at the post-office. The costs are at present €8 for a secured package and €15 for cash on delivery.
• If you live in another country in the European Union (or Norway or Switserland) your order will be shipped by TNT Post, priority service with tracking and sign on delivery. You will receive a package for which you have to sign. If you're not at home you can pick up your order at a pick-up point. The costs are €15.
• If you live in the USA or Canada your order will be shipped with TNT post and your local Postal service, priority service with tracking and sign on delivery. The costs are €25 till 2 kg, €35 till 5 kg. When you are from the US or Canada and you are logged in you see the prices without sales tax. You can buy taxfree in our webshop, but you should consider the fact that your local customs can charge local sales and/or import tax.

Returns

If you want to return your order, please contact us within a week after receiving your order. You will then receive instructions on returning the order. We will return the order amount without the shipping costs.
